As we navigate different life stages and experiences, we can all benefit from help with our mental health and wellbeing. Social work includes counselling and a variety of other services to meet individual and family needs for connection, emotional wellness, and improved function for day to day life.
Counselling services can help guide your child and you along the path to wellness, and to work toward goals that align with your personal and family values. All services are customized to meet the individual needs of the child and family. We aim to support and empower children, youth, and caregivers to lead their own change process.
Our social worker is committed to offering confidential and judgement-free support to address any changes or challenges clients may be facing. Counselling can help individuals understand and manage stress, anxiety, trauma and other challenges. Specialized supports are offered for youth in the 2SLGBTQ+ community who are transitioning, and their families.
Services include one to one therapy and family therapy, including child and parent sessions.
