These sessions are designed to help children build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a sense of calm and confidence within themselves. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and playful mindfulness, children are invited to explore and connect with their bodies, thoughts, and feelings in ways that feel natural, engaging, and fun.
Grounded in a strengths-based and relationship-centered approach, each session is adapted to meet the unique needs and strengths of the child, creating a space where they feel safe, capable, and celebrated for who they are.
Caregivers are an important part of this work. Together, we create opportunities for connection, attunement, and simple, meaningful tools that can carry into everyday life.
At the heart of this work is a joyful intention: to help children feel connected – to their bodies, their breath, and the people around them – so they can move through the world with greater ease, confidence, and a little extra zest.
Every family’s journey is unique. While these packages offer a supportive starting point, I am always open to co-creating a plan that best meets your child and family’s needs. Sessions can take place at Open Minds, in your home, outdoors, or in another familiar space where your child and family feel most comfortable and supported.
